Newcastle United have been dealt a major injury blow ahead of their lunchtime clash with West Ham as it has emerged that Allan Saint-Maximin is set for a spell on the sidelines.
The Magpies are already without Callum Wilson and Kieran Trippier, both of whom are out for an extended period, and now key figure Saint-Maximin is set to join them with a knock that could keep him out of action for up to three weeks.
