Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur have, on Thursday, been dealt another blow on the injury front.
The subject of personnel woes has of course taken its place front and centre in the headlines on the Lilywhite half of north London over the course of the last 24 hours.
This comes after Antonio Conte and co. discovered the extent of the knee injury suffered by Hugo Lloris during last weekend’s win over Manchester City.
The French international – still very much viewed as first-choice at Spurs despite his dwindling reputation – is expected to be sidelined for the coming six to eight weeks.

And, as alluded to above, Lloris has since been joined on the sidelines by another high-profile member of Tottenham’s ranks.
The player in question? Yves Bissouma.
This comes with Bissouma set ‘to undergo surgery on Friday to repair a stress fracture to his left ankle’.
It is added that: ‘A timeframe for his return will be determined after surgery.’
