A fresh twist in the Julian Nagelsmann-Tottenham Hotspur saga has been revealed late on Saturday evening.
The name of German headmaster Nagelsmann, of course, has taken its place front and centre on the Lilywhite half of north London over the course of the last couple of weeks.
This comes after, first, widespread reports pointed towards the 35-year-old being identified as the first-choice managerial target on the part of the powers that be at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
In turn, it came as a major blow for the Spurs faithful, last week, upon word coming to the fore that Daniel Levy and co. had come to the surprise decision not to pursue a deal for Nagelsmann.
Big news coming out of Spurs in their managerial search. Julian Nagelsmann is not being considered as a candidate for the vacant head coach post and the club insist they have not met with him and do not intend to.

As alluded to above, though, late on Saturday, yet another twist has been revealed in what is quickly becoming quite the saga.
This comes in the form of confirmation that ‘Julian Nagelsmann is back in the running to be the next Tottenham Hotspur manager’.
Nagelsmann, however, has remained unwavering in his stance that assurances must be forthcoming regarding Spurs’ next sporting director, before he commits to the role.
