Last Wednesday, the Blues were beaten 2-0 by Real Madrid at the Bernabéu, doing well to only concede two after Ben Chilwell was sent off.
So, a monumental comeback will be required if Chelsea are going to make it into the semi-finals.
Given all of the above, Brighton & Hove Albion will be confident of a first-ever away win at Chelsea.
Back in October, the Seagulls demolished the Blues 4-1 at the Amex, claiming their first victory in this fixture since 1933.
Right now, Roberto De Zerbi’s side are firmly in the hunt for European qualification, sat seventh, two points above Liverpool.
Next Sunday, Brighton will be at Wembley taking on Manchester United, seeking to reach only the club’s second FA Cup Final.

With their full attention on Real Madrid on Tuesday, it would not be a surprise if Frank Lampard made numerous changes here.
Ben Chilwell, who will be suspend for that second leg, and Benoît Badiashile, who’s not in the UEFA squad, seem logical picks here, especially given that Kalidou Koulibaly is injured.
Lampard tried a back four at Molineux last weekend but that simply didn’t work, reverting a three at the Bernabéu.
Thiago Silva and N’Golo Kanté are likely to be taken out the team with Tuesday in mind.
